Write Your Story

Writing Workshops

Instructor – Michelle Rayburn

Western Wisconsin Christian Writers Guild (WWCWG) invites you to consider hosting a half-day writing workshop for community group or your congregation at your ministry location. We will bring the instructor(s) and all of the resources needed to help your aspiring writers learn the craft of writing well.

“Write Your Story” is a three-hour hands-on workshop packed with practical writing instruction for those who want to write personal memoir. Participants will learn how write to their stories using creative storytelling techniques, including dialogue, word illustrations, and humor.

The cost to host a seminar is $35 per person with a minimum of 10 participants. All instructional materials and handouts are included in the cost. All you have to do is provide a location, and, if you desire some simple refreshments.

A “Write Your Story” seminar is perfect for anyone who wants to:

  • tell about an experience or event that happened to them.

  • write a personal memoir for their family.

  • explore the possibility of writing for publication.
