September 2017

This month's newsletter, written by Patti Nicholson:
If you're anything like me, your summer flew by much too quickly. Mine
was filled with parades, thrift sales, birthday parties, and many other
activities. Some of the parties were surprises and others were not. Each
was an opportunity to spend time with those most important to me - the
best way to spend that time.
While I had every intention of writing on a more consistent basis, I did
not spend nearly as much time writing as I was hoping to. However, I
made some notes about the topics I hoped to put on paper, so I can move
forward from there.
Writing Prompt: How did your writing go over the summer? Was it like I
mine (more miss than hit) or did you write more than you expected? And,
if you were successful at getting some words down on paper, did you submit
them anywhere?
Write about your writing experience over the break - did you struggle to
put words on paper or did they flow freely?
COMING UP: During the September meeting, we welcome back Julie Court
as she shares with us about co-laboring with God through writing.
We look forward to seeing you at the September 12th meeting!
